I made this last weekend-It's really good-Use the larger pie crust. 1 14 oz Eagle Brand condensed milk 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 1/2-2 cups fresh berries (I used mixed frozen berries cause I had no fresh!). 1 8 oz frozen cool whip-thawed(I used fat-free-low sugar), and 1 graham cracker crust (large). In a large bowl mix together milke & lemon juice. Combine well. Mix in berries. Fold in whipped topping Spoon into pie crust-freeze 5 hours or until set. Let stand 30-40 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh berries. Store covered in the freezer. |

Boy that sounds good.......I bet it would be great with raspberries.......gotta remember that one! Sounds kinda sweet.......but with the raspberries to tone it down.....might be just very GOOD! Thanks.......Birdie |
