my mom bought this plant a year or two ago, and planted it in her landscaping, but now she doesn't remember what it is. there are actually 2 of them, and one looks like it needs help, if it's not already done for. I need to know the name of it so i can buy her another one for her birthday, but i also need to know what's wrong with it, so the same thing doesn't happen again. yeah, see the leaves in pic2, that's happenig to the one with the pretty pink flowers too...  any help on either problem would be wonderful! thanks! ~LiLi~ Attachments:   |

They look somewhat like Primula (leaves don't look large enough for P. japonica), but I can't make out much detail. Any chance of you uploading larger pix? |

not at the moment, but i could prolly get one from my dad... i don't have a camera, so i took those with my fone. I thought they'd end up larger, but i guess not. i did some looking online, and it kindof looks like the Phlox volcano pictures i saw online. i don't know what the scientific name is for that. :P thanks for the response! ~LiLi~ |
