Need help identifying tree

The flowers used to be a lavender blue color, but now seem to be dying. The tree is fairly tall, I would estimate 12+ feet. In the eastern parts of the US, it is commonly pruned down occasionally. Yours might benefit from that. If the leaves are not as green as they were, hard to tell from your pictures, it might need some fertilizer. Where in the yard is it planted? Is it getting enough water and sun?
