I was thinking about having a similar place (my own ideas however) like the Herbal Teapot and Biscuit Nook place (for one reason---I visited over there in their establishment recently and it was vacated, or they were all on vacation, or just ignored me all together !----so the idea came to my mind---hey, why don't you set up your own hangout !)....and Herbie may agree to be the door greeter to welcome whoever's wants to stop by and chat or whatever......Is anybody interested ? Let me know, ok ?

Hi Harley, This is a place of warmth and comfort and to discuss whatever anyone wishes. Just wish in your mind, that you are here, close your eyes, and automatically you appear---just like that ! So, you are here sitting with us in mitzi's secret little getaway cottage and, I'm sitting here right by your side, and sharing some herbal tea or whatever your choice or preference of drink is, and I'm all ears. Herbie is sitting next to you with a toadstool he drugged into my cozy cottage kitchen,and he is a very good listener too ! We love having you here ! |

Hi Greenputterer ! So glad you popped in to say hello ! My secret little getaway cottage is right by my garden and Herbie lives right next door in his little toad abode. However, Herbie sees the comings and goings on at the cottage, and can leap over here at a moments notice to answer the door if he's not currently inside the cottage, only the leaping causes him to be out of breath for a couple of minutes, because remember he is a toad and bloated most of the time ! He would love it if quests could bring him a bag full of flies from time to time ! Yes, Hot Lips, his girlfriend lizard, is at his abode, and has made herself right at home ! Greetings Harley, Mudpies, Mitzi, Herbie. Gosh it's good to see you all. Herbie I brought you a present from under the dwarf mugho pines, a sachet of slugs, nothing but the choicest for you. A treat for you to share with hotlips later... Harley, we are all here. Sounds like you have a lot on your platter, so to speak. A lot of us have been there, alone, and making tough decisions, so you are not alone, even if it feels like it. So I for one will have a cup of Earl Grey and sit back and listen. JJ |

GP---Herbie thanks you from the bottom of his stomach for the special treat of slugs ! You are No. 1 in Herbie's book ! Unfortunately, he gobbled up every last slug at the cottage by himself, and I reprimanded him for not sharing with Miss Lizzie (Hot Lips), and he said----oh, she's on a diet ! Herbie has a little overeating disorder, and he may not be truthful there !  Later....mitzi
