Cactus? Succulent? Palm? What is this?

willowweeper Joined: 5/22/2009 Location: WV Posts: 3	Posted: Aug/25/2009 3:16 PM PST it's about a foot tall, the needles are hard and about an inch long. the leaves on top have a spread of about 8". the leaves drop in the winter when I bring it in. can anyone identify it. I bought it at Lowe's Garden Center a few years ago and just put it in a bigger pot this spring. it has since tripled in size.
