Hi everybody just found a good cucumber recipe, and thought I would pass it along to all my friends here at the garden guides forum!!! Cucumber Chicken Salad Sandwiches 1 c. cubed cooked chicken breast 1/3 c. chopped seeded peeled cucumber 1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise 1/4 teas. salt 1/8 teas. dillweed 2 lettuce leaves 4 slices of tomato 2 sandwich buns, split In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Place lettuce and tomato on bun bottoms, top with chicken salad. Replace bun. Happy eating!!! Hope everyone enjoys this recipe that tries it!!! Tammy |

That sounds yummy Tammy and I just might have to make it for dinner tonight. I have so many cucumbers and my guy won't eat them plain. I did try to make some chips out of them - but he didn't like those either. Thanks. |

Go ahead and try this for dinner and tell me what you think of this recipe!!! I bet if you use this recipe and disguise the cucumbers he won't even know they are cucumbers and eat it!!! Tammy |
