I rooted african blue basil in water several times this summer and they grew fast. Some from the first rooting are planted in the ground and blooming. I also did rosemary (in potting soil). They took easily but havent grown much, really about the same size as when they were rooted.

Providing that they are able to get enough water, they should perk up soon. Keep them moist.

I've never rooted anything in just peat moss. I don't know how the plants will react to it. I believe that peat moss provides no nutrients for the plant, so I really don't know how rooting will work. You'll have to let us know.

The outher cuttings were in potting mix stuff I don't think that gives extra nutrients eighter so thery is it should work an well too but it depends on outher things too things I hope the wetness of the peatmoss and the rooting powder will help with I'm like shure the mints will take to it it's just when

if nothing else I have some really well rooted cuttings I can try to yank free an replant in a container I'll jus need like a pencil to make the hole
