That usually means a large workforce. When disasters have struck large workforces are hard to come by. The simple and fast solution is again the Stormbag. Rashell Joined: 9/17/2007 Location: Posts: 2978	Posted: Aug/22/2009 12:00 PM PST I once saw a really long stormbag (I think that is what it was) covering a street rain gutter...I thought someone had thrown trash on our street. didn't know what it was 'cause I've never seen one so long.
