Used to have beautiful vegetables and flowers in Ohio. Now, in NC all i can grow are weeds. But my weeds are huge and healthy.

You have to do a lot of soil amending with our dang clay soil if that is your problem unless you are in the sandy area, and you would still have to amend the soil. I ought to know I lived there for 15 years before I took what was left of my fried brain and moved to the mountains. All you had to do was water them. The whole place was a veritable sand pit and I didn't do anything except plop the thing in the ground from the pot. I'm sure someone in trees/shrubs can help you out. Quote | Reply | Report
