Thanks Team for posting this thread. It is now a 'sticky' so it won't get lost. I hope lots of Garden Guide members that their thoughts be known. The only thing I don't like is the Pop-up adds! UGH! Everything else is perfect and the people, mods included, are awesome!  Hello! Big Hugs

I enjoy GG as much or more than everyone. If there is one thing I would add to this wonderful site is video. It would be a nice addition to blogs and forums. Short streams, not full blown movies. I know how much bandwidth would be required, so it might not be possible. It's just an idea. Bill Mitchell |

If the Dash Ad is frustrating and unnacceptable to us old members, how do you think it is going to affect newbies. It has reached the point of BEYOND frustrating. And I am NO complainer ~ it takes a LOT!! |

Hello and Welcome, It's been awhile since I dropped in to this section of the site. Thanks for all of your enthusiasm about the site. I'm fairly new to GG and I must say I love it here. I came from another garden forum that was like having your teeth drilled on without novacaine. PLEASE don't make this site like that. I really love how easy it is to navigate from one place to another. The reason I found this site was I was looking for some information on landscape design and plant identification and I was amazed at how friendly, helpful and easy everyone here seemed to be. I have another gardening blog, the first one I ever did which I've abandonned in favor of this site. The only thing I miss about it that I can't do here is that there I was able to change the date of the blog entry. You can't do that here. It's a small thing but it would really help. I use this as a diary of sorts and as much as I'd like to make entries as they happen, life sometimes gets in the way, and I can't log on for several days. It would be nice to have cohesive dates when possible. It also would be great if we could insert photos into our blogs from our computers rather than other websites (ie webshots). It's such a pain to have to load them up there and then load them from there into here. Is there any way to change that? Thanks for all you've done so far. Keep up the good work |

I really love GG and wouldn't change a thing (except maybe that the team keep a close eye on the ads so they don't get out of hand). Thanks for all you do. Thanks to all my GG friends, who are really friends to me. |

I agree wholeheartedly with everyone else. The ease of getting around this site is great. I have found that I can put my photos on a thumbdrive and download them to my site. It would be nice for those of us that have cell phones with cameras if there was an easier way to import the photos into our site from our phones. Otherwise, I can live with what we got. The people are great!!! |
