Do I lop off the seed heads after blooming? Does that sap the plant of energy better saved for more blooms? |

http://www.ehow.com/way_5172166_caring-daylilies.h tml This article says yes. However, I never worry about their energy or preserving their strength. I wonder more about keeping them under control. |

Yes, remove the seed head unless you are wanting to try to start them from seeds. Daylilies are so easy! Taking a piece from an established plant is so much easier and quicker results. |
