ok so this isnt *pure* recepie more a rough outline it came about when my uncle said id be watching the pups while he was out fer a week i thought "whats simple to make that i like?" fajitas came up FAST so i got what i thought id need--note im listing EVERYTHING i used some things are standard at his house so i expected them

the inedibles--
good skillet bout 12"
cover fer skillet (glass is what we have)
rice paddle (id think outher things would work but there what im familliar with)
2 cutting boards
good knife or 2
(stove is a given)

the edibles
oil--i use evoo next best to cocanut yall could prolly use any kind
3 chix breasts
4s (penzys how it sounds to me mines smokey)
sea salt (fine pacific more penzys)
3 peppers 2 red 1 green what i did 1st time key is color last time was 1 red 1 green 1 yellow--like bananna peppers
1 large red onion--more color last time was red and white i liked that too
chipotle tobasco
juce from 1-2 limes or some lemon juce
1 can tomatoes small chopped ones fer chili work perfect i go all natural --they have lil garlic in

put a LIL oil on pan heat it while chopping the chix once done add should be warm enough while cookin chix sprinkle a lil 4s on it to add flavour to the chix

while chix is cooking chop the vegies as you like --smaller pieces cook fastewr mix esasyier to mush-- get some water in a shot glass and add a lil chipotle--to tyaste really-- set that to the side

once chix is done--to cheak break pieces in half afew times i dio while its cooking-- add the peppers an onions sprinkle some seasalt over top cover let it sit fer a few moix repeat till nearly done--youll know when theres enough salt in-- then at last min add the whole can of tomatoes the chipotle mix and the lemon/lime juce mix it in let sit fer a few--warm the tomatoes mix all in-- can add lil 4s if you like here

an thats my rough fajita mix bigger peppers work better peppers onion and chix should have approx even ifnot less on chix (its intended to be a healthy recepie ive made it afew times weve found it is best with the chipotle withought tastes a lil off have changed peppers up its bout the same there)

have fun yall if you wanna try go fer it think i have pics from the first time i made it ask ill look an upload if i find them if yall have suggestions to make it better fire away!! im willing to try different things tho my mom thinks its allready like perfect adding more chipotle was awesome fer it(more smoke like no kick)

Mmm. That recipe sounds really yummy. If you need a quick and easy recipe for the amateur chef (like me) you can always follow this easy recipe:
