My bell peppers are doing great. One plant has about 11 bell peppers. The other one that wasn't doing to well at the beginning now has flowers on it and is just as tall as the other one. I wasn't giving it enough water. And just think I was going to throw it away because I thought it wasn't going to bloom any flowers. The banana peppers and caynene peppers are going well also. Have about 6 banana peppers and maybe around 8 caynene peppers. The green beans are another story. Not going to get very many so most likely I will not plant these again at least not in a pot. And my cana lilly is coming along nicely also. No flower yet, but the leaves have come up and are about 2 1/2 inches tall. |

That's great! Maybe I'll try bell pepper in pots next year. My peppers never do well in the Garden Garden. |

My pepper were awful this year. I have no idea what i did wrong they are alive but didnt get much bigger then when i planted them and have had minimal production. It my have to do with my clay soil. I might also have been overwatering them due to there proximity to the maters. Oh well mater look great! |

Peppers love containers but make sure you have 12" soil and they will keep you in peppers, I planted peppers in containers last year and they loved it, This year I ground planted and they like it also, I guess they love the Horse Poo mix I use on them. try lettuce in some containers "Lettuce Loves Containers" I planted Romaine, and Grand Rapids both were great.
