The first 2 pics are of prayer plant....not sure on the others. RR Why didnt you post this in the plant ID forum? |

The 3rd one is a type of Croton. The last may be a castor bean? Don't know. |

The last one is a sweet potato vine. Ipomoea batatas 'Blackie' perhaps. |

As stated already (in different ways) by others, the first is a Prayer Plant, or Rabbit's Tracks, Maranta leuconeura kerchoveana; the 2nd is a Croton, or Joseph's Coat, Codiaeum variegatum pictum; the third is as Evonne said, Ipomoea batatas 'Blackie'. All very nice plants! |

Brian, If you go near the library in the evening, look at the prayer plants. They will be folded upward like praying hands...hence the name. Very nice plants. The others are beautiful, too. |
