I think the mold is back in my garden this year. I noticed a Black eyed Susan with moldy powdery leaves. Should I get a spray from Lowes, does anyone have any suggestions or home remedies? Will it kill the plant or just the mold? This plant is in a shady area. Should I spray the dirt around it? Thanks in advance. Tammy |

I am not a hundred percent sure but is it possible that it is getting wet and not able to dry off right away after a rain?, perhaps black eyed susan's would be happer in more of a sunny location and maybe divide some of the good plant and eather treat or dispose the parts with mold on them? I am not sure when the best time of the year is to do this but I hear that they are tuff plants so probably any time in summer or spring maybe even fall? Another idea is to save some seeds? I am sorry that I can't help out more but I am pretty sure that someone can help you out with this concern.Have a good day
