My balcony railing has a bulge on top and is not flat. So most of the commonly available planters cant be fixed on it.
Does anyone know of planters that can go on a non-flat railing?

My mom has a railing that's only about 2 inches wide so a friend who was repairing the wooden spindles took some of the 2x2's and built little corner planter frames for the pots to set in. Maybe you could put something like that on yours. They aren't solid, but just something to slide a tapered pot into.
