I wasn't well enough to go out side today, so my daughter took pictures for me so I could see what was going on. Sorry I didn't let her know that I wanted to take pics of the JMaple in different places. So Mary and Tere planted it where they thought it looked the best. I was happy with their choice. My Son-in-Law told me he had a lot of work to do to it and he is just playing around. I am grateful for what he is doing. John Attachments: ![]() |

Oh John, I think it looks great. You are so blessed. I have been doing a lot of over growth clean up for my in-laws. They have been in the electric scooters for almost three years now and haven't been able to maintain their garden and lawn (2 acres worth) the way they used to. I finally talked them into letting me clean it up and maintain it for them. It has been a lot of work but it feels so good to help out these great people (Yes, I LOVE my in-laws ) and I know they really appreciate it.

Pond, update; I have put several feeder goldfish in the pond only to lose them within a few days. The water tested OK in all areas. I bought some water lettuce and some water hyncith(sp) and after a few days they were doing OK. I talked to a friend in Broken Arrow, that has been a ponder for years, and he told me to put Rid-X in the pond. I told myself, what do I have to lose? So I put about a half a box of Rid-X in the pond and a few days later put in 29 more feeder goldfish. I have not lost a fish yet and it has been a few days. Has anyone else tried this? I looked up Rid-X on the web and it is nothing but good bacteria. John Attachments: ![]() ![]() |

I haven't lost a single fish yet. My daughter, Tere, stopped at a bait store and bought 8 of these nice 5 inchers, for 5 dollars. I also have 2 frogs that have made my pond their home. John Attachments: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
