Hi, I'm new here, and just started to re-design the rear garden. Unfortunately I can't draw on any experience of gardening, I have never had such a place, and I am absolute ignorant about nearly everything, so will really appreciate answers to my questions. Thanks in advance I want to plant some ferns, and what I need to know is whether they are evergreen and if they can be planted on a bit clavey soil? |

That's okay. You can leave it here and others can add to it. You could post what you found out and it might help someone else. And don't feel your questions are stupid. We all learn by asking questions.  Welcome to the forums, too.
