Thanks John. My grand daughter Casey helps when she visits.
The other 5 grandkids have no interest in the garden.

Yes, but it is not invasive in my yard. This plant is 14 years old it's the only one in my garden. I've purchased two different ones over the years but failed to keep them alive. The one I have is on it's last legs. They usually last only 8 years or so.

The 3rd. picture is a weigelia...I have one of these. And I think the first 2 pictures might be the verigated weigelia.... this is just my 2 scents.... reba

Cougar it that last photo a Veronica (speedwell) I have a white that is coming back so nicely this year.

The picture is from a web site.

Yes it is a veronica. I got it last year on the half-off/clearance shelf. It looks like a (speedwell) to me, but there was a marker on the plant and it was written in a black sharpie, and that is all it read....veronica. I got two of them. I just cant pass up a good deal.
