My fav are Lemon balm, sage because I like the flowers, apple mint I use it in cooking pancakes, flavore water or in a tea and borage because it surprises me how a leaf can taste like a cucumber lol it taste great in macaroni salad. I grow my herbs in with my vegies and flowers but be carefull where you plant as some plants are more invasive then others. Have a great day. |

Never had any trouble growing my oregano either ! Probably could make a small fortune selling it ! I would start off with growing thyme, sage, oregano, and chives----those always come back each year for sure ! |

My favorites are: Basil Rosemary - lots of Rosemary! lol I love the smell Mint Cilantro - I could eat that all day I basically cook basil and cilantro in everything. I love rosemary when I'm making chicken or steaks. I like the flavor of mint in cold ice tea. Yum! |
