This weekend my dad took me and my hubby on a fishing trip to a friend of ours house and when i got there i was in a pasture with horses and cows and thought i wonder what they do with all this poop. I asked my dad if he thought they would mind letting me collect a truckload of it and they said if im serious i could have all i could gather and told me be sure to head over to the horse stalls to get a bunch there! I didnt have a exact plan in mind but i sorta thought i would hual it in and let it sit under a tarp all summer and at the end of the season work it into the ground before i tarp my garden area for the winter. I was wondering if anyone saw any real problems with this plan and if so do you have a better plan or sugestion?

If some of the manure was mixed with the others it would heat faster and kill seeds and things in the manure.
