The vines all died off overnight. I have a bit of Sevin left. It, along with numerous other insecticides, is no longer available to anyone but farmers (who must be trained in its use) in Ontario. I used it last year without success, but perhaps not frequently enough. I have since read that it must be sprayed at the base of the new plants as soon as they pop through the soil.
