I would love to have one, but do not have room on our property for one, so I want to build it on the neighbor's. I am sure he will have no problem, as they do not even live there most of the time. I doubt that they would even use it. I was just curious if anyone has tried this and if they had any problems, and if so, what. Any input that you would have would really be appreciated!
