Hello, Can anyone tell me what I can use safely on my leafy veggies, such as spinach, lettuce and collards, that can rid of bugs, especially beetles? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

I use 1 tablespoon liquid soap with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon red pepper (put a quart of water with this mix place in blender or place all in a nylon stocking soak for five days in a gallon of water. pepper will clog sprayers so use nylon) . look for leaf burn and back off the mix a little, also spray around the plants good. I use Spinosad on corn and cabbage but I think I read NOT ON LETTUCE! better check on that. Later Guilt Trip |
