where did you find that thing? When we lived in E'ville I don't ever think we saw anything like that.

The picture of the grub is from the web, you find them in Australia. I was wondering if Trevor ever tried one. From what I understand they are popular.

TRY THIS
Make a rub with about teaspoon cinnamon 1/2teaspoon Chinese five spice black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons of brown sugar massage that into the shoulder real good and then McCormicks "Barbeque" Flavored spice and sprinkle all over place in plastic bag and trow in about a table spoon of soy sauce and let it sit over night then take out of bag wrap in aluminum foil with a couple of holes on the bottom for draining roast slow at about 285 -300 for about 4-5 hours let sit when done at least 1/2 hour prior to serving
Hope this works for ya, if not it will work on regular pork as well

mjromero, Very interesting! Don't have any boar meat right now, but will try with a pork shoulder. Sounds very promising. Thanks! damselfly
