So I'm really bad with sizes. How big is a quart size pot and a gallon one? I'm trying to compare and see how big these plants are. |

Hmmm. I wish that I could help you with this, but I don't do math. |

that's my problem. I'm a metric girl and I have trouble with yards, quarts, gallons etc. |

Well, a yard is just about from the nose to the ends of the fingers when your arm is outstretched to the side and back just a hair. My grandma used to measure fabric that way. A quart is a little less than a liter. And a gallon is a little less than 4 liters. There's 4 quarts in a gallon. I hope that helps. I tend to think of pop bottles when I judge metric sizes. |

that's awesome for the yards. I knew about the liters/gallon but it doesn't help me when I'm looking at pots. Maybe i just need to fill something with a gallon of water..hehe. I'm a really bad judge of distance/quantity. |
