It's helpful to show a picture of the leaves if you can and indicate where it is growing (although since you are from Iran, that means it is growing in Iran?).

looks like Paeonia (peony)seeds to me too. Look up Paeonia seeds. You might see the same seeds I did.

Glory lily was the only other plant I saw similar to yours but it had orange seeds.

The last plant I saw was a tree.
