Primula vulgaris-English Primrose has a lot of different colors and the inside can have a different color eye. But then so can impatiens,phlox and many other flowers. Does she have a picture? Ferny, thick large,small? Did she see it in a garden, bouquet. Might it be a annual or perennial? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to help you find out.
