I just couldn't help sharing these pictures of a snow storm that has kept the northwest shoveling! We had two full days of very heavy snowfall and wind and when the sun came out it was beautiful! We have done a lot of shoveling and sweeping and I fill the bird feeders two or more times a day to keep all the birdies happy. It's fun to see the many faces of the garden. Merry Christmas - Vicky

Lovely snow scenes. I'd rather look at your pictures than have the snow here. We're way out in the country and we get completely shut off in a snow storm.

Very nice pictures. I really would like to see that kind of snow fall in person one time before I get too old to get out and play in it. Hope you don't mind that I borrowed one of the pics for my computer back drop.
Merry Christmas, Pete.

Thanks everyone, yes the snow is beautiful, but hard to get around in. It takes an hour to drive in what normally takes 15 minutes! Our plows can't keep up with it. We are scheduled to get another storm in on Christmas day that is predicted to give us a foot more!! We will have the whitest Christmas ever. Lucky my brother has a snowmobile and we can all go for a ride. It really is fun to make snow angles in, you just fall back and it feels like landing on a cloud. The dogs love it too, the cats, not so much! Ha
I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and thank you for all your wonderful notes and great garden info that really helps. Vicky

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!
Honestly, I miss snow, especially the FIRST snow, and especially at Christmastime. Although when I hear about the problems, the mess, the inconvenience of long-term snowy winters in the north, I rethink. lol. AND I am soooo happy that our spring comes much earlier, although in WA it comes earlier too, than say, NORTHERN INDIANA, where I was raised!

Oh Vicky - it's beautiful! I'm so glad you have it and not me. I love snow for about 24 hours and then I'm ready for it to go away. Thank goodness I live in the balmy south. I know it will make for a beautiful and hopefully memorable Christmas.

Great pictures. The one with the wreath would be pretty as a Christmas card.

Hey, Vicky.

Your pictures are fantastic. Love the one with the birds.

Are you in or near Vancouver? I have a friend who lives there, but have not spoken to her in awhile.
