I found a recipe and it asked for two squarea of semi sweet chocolate grated and I have never grated so can someone tell me a easy way to do it please? Want to make this recipe called Tiramisu bowl found it in Kraft food & Family easy and looks and sound so good? Rita

You can use a regular hand grater on the small side, but the best way is to get an Italian style rotary cheese grater. It's the best thing for getting fine shreds of hard cheeses and chocolate. I recently got one at Target for 14.00. I use it all the time for grating parmesan over pasta.

Gosh! that is neat but right now money is tight so will use the small edge of a hand grater thanks for the info. Rita

I was going to suggest using a potato peeler and just shaving pieces off it. I have an old tin Fels Naptha Soap grater that was grandma's and I use that for cheese, chocolate, or whatever else that merits it.

gril I use a grate but got the cho. to fine I got to get one of those graters at Target and hope I can get one soon? Thank you a lot friend
