Container Soil Sample Back " I Need Help"

My Container and Raised Bed Compost Mix test results are back. here they are

Soil pH 7.0
Buffer pH 7.9

Boron __Low __Medium __Adequate __High _x_Very High
Zinc __Low __Medium __Adequate __High _x_Very High
Manganese _x_Low __Medium __Adequate __High __Very High
Iron __Low _x_Medium High __Adequate __High __Very High
Copper _x_Low __Medium __Adequate __High __Very High

Comments split applications of Nitrogen and Potassium recommended

Cation Exchange Capacity 16.7
Base Saturation
K 8.5 %
Mg 15.3%
Ca 71%
H 4.8%

Now I don't know what all this means but I can plainly see My Plants Need Help
I Know working with tubs and Containers things happen Faster that in the ground that's for sure,

Looks to me like you've been fertilizing too much.

What was your N number? I didn't see that listed...
Here's what I would do- apply some sulphur
Also add some iron- can be bought in the garden center.
Find a product with some high levels of copper
I personally would not add any more fertilizer or compost at all!!!

Hey! I added some manganse, Iron and sulfur, and the results have been unbeliveable, so Im back less cussfess and thanks Aurora for saying STOP! and get a soil test earlier on in my soil mix topic, before I add too much stuff to my container mix.
