So, what is on your outdoor / garden Christmas wish list this year? Mine includes bird feeders, shepard's hook, solar lights, tiki torches, garden decor (gnomes, fairies, etc.), trellis, flower pots, etc. I will probably add some once I read all of your lists.

You know I hadn't really thought about it until now but I can come up with a garden wish list in a minute. Gardening gloves, any gardening decor, a gift certificate from my favorite nursery, a rain barrel (I've really been meaning to get one), any kind of gardening tool. My sweetie knows that the key to my heart is in the garden and can always come up with something really neat.

I love anything to do with the garden. Whimsical decor and signs I really love are foremost. THEN a gift certificat to my favorite place works. Last Christmas my son gave me a $200.oo gift certificate to Lowe's, and then I got a $500.00 one from my sweetie!! WOW Did I have fun!!

Any thing in the garden works! The boys (and Grammy) usually give a gift certificate to the garden center. my big wish is another grow stand for seed starting, and more room to put it!

A new yard to start over in. Seriously though, we are hoping to be able to buy a new home next year and I will have a new slate to work with. If I can't manage that, then I would start with a mantis tiller and a an easy start lawn mower so I don't have to throw my shoulder out every time I want to start the one I have.

Do they make automatic weed pullers?

I will take one of those weed pullers myself!

I love all things outdoors..and I don't have a specific ''need'' but plenty of things that I would love to have.

Such as a small greenhouse, flagstone for a walkway, truckloads of mulch, Giant Imperial Fritterlaria (to deter the moles) and they are so expensive per bulb, a new roof for the house, I love outdoor decor.. a new patio set is needed. To replace the 14 year old cushions is more expensive than replacing the whole set!

I also would love a couple of new trees.. in the front where my Carolina Silverbell died, I think something decorative would be nice. Will have to think about that one. And in the back I have lost a few trees the last couple of years to ice storms, drought and disease. And while I am playing in the garden.. maid service would be appreciated

I have been thinking about this since I first looked at the post and now have an answer. I would want gift certificates from my favorite Garden Center. Any amount will be fun.

Of course I really would like a few 'rocks' as well. Am thinking how I could use them. And any garden junque would do. But I do need something tall.

What fun to be thinking of Christmas, so how many days is that anyway? If I can count correctly that is - now hold your breath - a full 85 days from now. Must start thinking of the grandkids right away. Linda B

Oh, I hate to put a damper on this but I don't think we are spending much at all due to the horrible economic picture. I was just thinking yesterday that hubby and I will have to explain to our younger children that time spent together is the best gift of all.

However, my wish list includes new garden gloves and for hubby to finish our paver patio.
