Does anyone know of a good site that has information on differant plants? I am needing to know how to store differant seeds, whent to plant things in my zone & other information.

One thing I need to know right away is about Southern Magnolia. I have some of the seeds that came off of someone elses tree. I read one place that there is nothing that needs to be done to them before you plant them but another place said to remove "the flesh coating." Does anyone know what I should do to them before I plant them? Every plant that i try to research it seems like each site says to do the opposite thing for them. One says to plant them in full sun while another says no more then 2 hours of sun per day. Ugg, it's frustrating!

Dixie! You are going to find conflicting information no matter where you search or who you ask. Sometimes, more than one method works, depending on who or what is involved.
I use the Dave's Garden website plantfiles (sometimes) to get answers on specific plants. Only problem is you have to be a paying member to do that, and I like the forums much better here ~ more casual and friendly.
So .... speaking of here, this is where you can ask. Take a moment to look at the forum titles and do your best to place your question in the proper forum so that potential "answerers" will see it. Also, give it some time (we ain't got nothing BUT time here in KY). This forum is not as busy as some others.
As for your magnolia seed question ~ I really don't know, but I'm sure someone here does. I have two mags but I bought them real cheap ($6.00) at a farm center.
Edited to add:
Here you go http://aggie-horticulture.tamu.edu/southerngarden/ magnolia.html
Found this link on Dave's Garden.
You will need to copy and paste the link into your browser, and don't forget to remove those pesky spaces or you'll get the white screen of nothingness

When they drop from the tree or birds drop them they come up under the trees here so they must not need much care.I have one that makes the huge white flower.
