Allow me to introduce myself: My name is Phoebe and I am an apartment-dwelling urban gardener with a little patch of dirt behind a Catholic girls school about a mile from where I live. (It used to be right across the street, but I've moved - but not too far.) I've been gardening organically off & on since I was 8 years old. Because I am so connected to the earth (Taurus, you know), I need to play in the dirt fairly regularly. Thanks for being here. I look forward to getting to know you. FYI, as I mentioned in another thread, I'm hosting a free teleseminar at 11 am CDT (-5 GMT) next Tuesday (Sept. 30) on organic gardening. I love gardening finally bought a house with a garden in the back yard that produce a huge crop this summer. I'm amazed at all the information I learned on this site.
