In another thread we were discussing the relative cuteness of possums. These pictures are of my roomate's father and son. Now tell me, is that not cute?? Attachments: ![]() ![]() |

A friend told me the other day that they had a small hole in the eave of their home. The hubby procrastinated until just recently and went up the ladder and closed the hole. So you know what they heard that night!!! Yep the possum was in the attic when he closed the hole. So then he had to go up into the attic the next morning set a trap and was able to catch and release it. Of course in its efforts to scratch his way out he left them a 'stinky' gift right at the ladder to the attic. So there says that possum LB

LOL. Poor possum, it must have been quite stressed out. We have them eat the catfood in our garage sometimes but we don't mind too much. They also eat slugs!! And we've never had one in the house except the ones my roomate raised from babies. Once we let our dog out late at night and she went barking after something in the street. When I ran down there it was a possum, all rolled over and playing dead, drool and all. The dog was quite confused. I didn't want to leave it in the street for fear of it getting run over, so my roomate grabbed a towel and we plunked it down up in the yard. A few minutes later up it got and waddled off. I think they're cute as anything. |
