Cucumber

Broccoli
the broccoli plants are too small another day or two.

I also have some roma tomato plants that are about 1" high (those do great in containers) I will set those babies Friday after noon.

Oh to live in Fla!
I'm going to be pulling out my tomatoes soon- Hannah did a real number on them.
Plan on putting garlic in their place.

Yes, we, too, have pulled out everything in the garden. It's time to plant our cool-season crops, but I doubt that we'll be able to do it this year.

I'm kind of waiting on what these hurricanes are doing before I do anything! I plan on broccoli, maybe some lettuce-will try carrots again-I never have much success with carrots-I think I'm too impatient!, RADISH, of course. My tomatoes that I cut way back in July are now blooming and making little tomatoes! I'm still cutting okra, and still picking bell peppers and giving them away! Still have eggplant, but they look poor. Keep em for the bees to have something to 'sniff'. My winter garden almost always only consists of broccoli and radish. I may try some cabbage this year.

I'm also waiting to see what happens with these hurricanes. Today was quite windy outside.

I have several seedlings already started. Some black plum and box-car willie tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, and yard long beans(or at least I think that's what they are). I also have a potted manzano banana that Im going to plant outside when hurricane season is over.

I've got sugar snap peas just now peeking up above the ground, kale and collards with their first real leaves, broccoli catching on well, and I will be putting in some radishes and some more peas this week.

My Daikons are up, and I'm getting ready to put out spinach and brussels sprouts today. That means the cherry tomatoes gotta go, but they're about done anyway, and all the fruit is cracking.

OH yeah, gotta order that garlic.
