I'm not sure where this plant came from. I think it must have been in a packet of assorted wildflower seeds. But my friend said she gave me a little cutting.(I don't think this is what she gave me) Her plants are not near as bushy and big as this one, Little "velvety" flowers just beginning to show. Its perhaps 48" tall, with a big healthy stalk. One photo is close up so you can see the flower. Thanks for any help......Hilda

Trudy & Aurora, thanks so much!!! I looked in my book until I was blind!!! Now I found it. My HOME DEPOT book just list it as Cockscomb; Celosia. But it says there are many varieties. I'm so happy. The photo in Home Depot book doesn't look anything like mine, but few photos do!! LOLOLO Thanks again

Only reason I knew what it was is because I was thinking of planting some of them next year
