Hi I am new to the site and a novice gardener. I live in Georgia so it is terribly hot here but the gardening has been great this year. Hope to learn about a lot of tips esspecially compost and organic gardening. |

Hello! I have recently started a compost pile, directly on the ground! I layered my materials, and put a piece of 6 x 6 heavy landscape fabric on top. with all the sun we have here, it should cook pretty fast! Welcome to the south!
