These are a perennial that we bought from Spring Hill many years ago. They come up and bloom up a storm for about a month or so. They are so pretty and we have moved them about or cut some away and gave them to friends and the do awesome. We also got another daisy like flower called Swan River Daisy from them that are purple with yellow centers and they are beautiful too.
