Light peach. Pretty color. I wish they all were that easy. No spraying at all, except a little sevin for beetles. Its the bush at right of picture. Attachments: ![]() |

Oh, yes. Lovely. I really like your rock! Did you do it or did you buy it that way? |

The rock in my garden came from my son's garden. He wanted me to put a scripture on the rock. Could not decide what scripture. Brought home and kept it around. My son was suffering from colon cancer. He died June 2007. I decided I would put the rock in my garden and every time I walk in my garden it reminds me of what a great son I had. I know he is with The Father. Brian was only 46. Thats the story of the rock in my garden. |

That's a beautiful garden and scripture to remember him by. I'm very sorry for your loss. That's what my dad died of, too. |

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your son. The scripture you chose seems very appropriate. You have a very lovely garden. |

Do those foxgloves bloom every year? My son picked them out this year to be his flowers he planted but they are only leaves and only a couple inches high. He wants to know when they will get big but I have no idea. Are they perenials or annuals? |

Foxgloves are biennials. Plant this year for bloom next year. One of my favorite flowers. Its worth the wait to see the blooms next year. I had about 200 in my garden this year. When they finish blooming I let the seeds dry on the plant. About the first of July I pull the whole plant up and shake the seeds around on the dirt in the beds and they will germinate and I will have a lot of small plants. I then start moving them around the garden where I want them. They will germinate in the walk way and everywhere. Sometimes I let them bloom wherever the land. The garden centers sell them in the late Spring and they are usually blooming, but the plant will not come back next year. Sometimes I cut a few back and smaller blooms will shoot out. Tell your son not to get discouraged it will bloom. |
