These pictures show the jalapeno peppers, green chile and cilantro in the garden. I added a couple of my Roma tomatoes and a touch of garlic and made a pretty hot salsa.

How wonderful
That was the whole reason I planted veggies, to make salsa! I'm going broke buying salsa- and I eat it all the time LOL!
I have 2 different tomatoes, cilantro, bell peppers, and jalepeno peppers. It's too hot for onions and garlic though, guess I'll have to buy them

There's nothing like making your own fresh salsa. I can't get enough of it. My wife doesn't like it too hot (she's from Ohio) so I have to tone it down if I want her to eat any. Happy gardening!

I have been told my salsa is pretty good; took me close to ten years to perfect the formula. If anybody likes fresh authentic, hot, delciously tangy salsa; then holler at me for the recipe.

We usually give most of ours away. We do have a lot of frozen green chile. We roast it then bag it. Take it out, microwave it to thaw it out, then you're ready to go.

I'd love the recipe too
I was going to just freeze my jalepenos, but roasting them first sounds even better
