"Hi" I'm a soldier/plant lover over across the 'Big Pond' looking to shair some beauty. I am from California and noticed there are no 'California Poppys' to be seen and they could use the beauty here. Does anyone have acess to bulk / California Poppy seeds? I can use them. What about anyone want to grab some seeds. Occasionally you see the advirtisment seed packs; 10 for #1.00 / as many as you can send! that would work too! I don't doubt that you're homesick for the beauties of California! Let me add that I thank you for your service. I don't happen to have any luck with poppies much. I had a stand of them once, but they didn't do well for me. Maybe someone else would like to send you some seeds for your state flower Eschsholtzia californica . Just don't goof up and send him the opium poppy! Papaver somniferum!! You might get into a wee tad of trouble for that! hahaha Well, shoot. There's probably plenty of that around those parts anyway. Hi, TommyAmerican!! Do you just want poppy seeds, or do you want anything? What kind of climate are you in? My son is AirForce (Yay, USA!), and just got stationed in California-He may be able to rustle up some seeds, there. Thank you for serving! May the Lord watch over you and protect you every day!! Unfortunately I don't have any poppy seeds to send ya. But I do want to send our Thank You and Support for serving our wonderful country From a family in the Navy towns of Tidewater VA. |

Thank you for serving our country. Being a native Californian, I also love California poppies. When I was a kid I picked a bunch for my mom. I was then told it was a $50 fine for each flower  It was because it is the state flower. I'd be glad to send you seeds, but I couldn't view you address.My husband was in the 101st Airborne, 3/506th in VN. |
