Please help me identify this plant!

I moved into a new place and was checking out the yard when I saw this crazy looking plant next to the driveway. Then I noticed that its leaves look really similar to my young avocado plants, and found what look to be like little baby avocados. Now it's a couple months later, I noticed what look like little berries growing on the same plant. It's definately not an avocado like I'd hoped it was.  I'll post some pics of it later tonight, please check them out.
