I have a few Giant Sequoias, a bunch of Coast Redwoods and some dawn Reds I think. I went up to Lowes and I bought this stuff called Special Orchid Mix. It says it has Raw fir bark, hardwood charcoal and coarse perlite. Would this be good to plant my little trees in? Also won't the bark chips provide no stability for the seedling? won't the seedling just fall over and be crushed? What can I do to prevent this? Quote \| Reply \| Report
