I am currently using worm poop for my tomatoes. It's sold in a recycled plastic bottle at Home Depot. Has anyone used this before? My plants aren't large enough to produce fruit yet..so, I don't know if it works well yet or not. So far, the plants look healthy..so we will see.

I've heard of it, but haven't tried it yet. Please let us know what you think of it!

I would think that it would work well. Natural worm poop is a good thing.

I would love to know more about this wrom poop. I need to know what its called and who makes it. I have been told its just the thing i need but when i went to get it the person that was helping me knew less then i did. We have Atwoods, Home Depot, and Lowes all right around the corner so why am i having a hard time finding it?

I can't speak for the other stores, but not all Home Depots are the same. This is especially true for the garden section. I found it in a small tucked away section that consists of organic fertilizers(blood and bone meal) and pesticides. Here is a pic of the empty bottle.

Oh that is so cool, dame! It's really called worm poop!

I can tell you, as much as I've browsed the garden sections in our local Toy Stores, they do not have it here.

I'll bet someone of those online natural gardening outfits sells it. What a catchy name!

I have a worm composter and liquid drains out the drain in the bottom I take that and pour around my plants and they love it...I also take the worm castings and ( or worm poop) and make compost tea with it. and the plants also love that.

All winter as the bucket catching any liquid got full I tossed it where my hosta grew because it was close.... Well this spring 5 were not as big as the others I thought something was wrong... until I realized those never got the liquid from the worm composter

My only problem is I never have enough.

LOL at the hosta's!
Could you get a large water container to store the liquid in for the winter? I mean the 10-20 gallon gas can-like containers, only they are blue.

How stupid am I... I can just put it in some 2 liter bottles or milk jugs and use it in the spring.
