Hi Everyone, Anyone knows how to create a rub from peppermint herbs? I heard the peppermint rub its good for mosquito bites and itching. I have a peppermint plant at home and would like to use it, but don't know how to create the rub. Any inputs? Thanks, |

That's what I'd do, too, but be careful and be sure you're not allergic. I thought I'd use it as a deodorizer for the house a few years ago. Just put it in the dehydrater and its aroma filled the place. The problem came in when both my husband and I started sneezing, hacking, and coughing. I think we're both allergic! I'm really careful to wash up now when I'm working with it! |

I don't think that a little will hurt. We just had loads in the dehydrator and the house was filled with the essential oils. I guess I kind of overdid it! |
