I have always wanted a forum for Brugmansias, but it has always faded away. I have a passion for this plant and it's blooms. This one is in a five gallon bucket, and it has ten buds on it now.

That is great bugnut. Do you know the name of your brug/color? Is your potted brug facing north? What do you feed it? Curious minds want to know!

John I was out earlier this evening and found these buds on a yellow AG. They will be so pretty. For me it is early to have blooms but I will take them just the same. Also found maybe five very small buds on another plant in the back.

I love summer.

check out this website, it is a new Hydrangea my daughter in Del City, OK is getting. Looks really nice.

Aurora, I well know the feeling. I'm desperately trying to get mine to bloom. I did have one measly bloom last week. I have approximately 8 brugs in pots. Now my brug in front garden (in earth) has been blooming for me. They definitely prefer being planted in ground vs. pots.

Mine are in the ground. I usually don't see blooms until August. I think it's because they die back every winter and have to grow from scratch all over again.
I have rooted some cuttings from the one that I'll bring inside for the winter.

This afternoon I counted 8 blooms on my Angel Trumpet. The back yard at dark smells so nice! My 'tree' is about 8 feet tall now-I may have to move the patio! (lol)
