Two Plants to Identify

I think these plants are on the wild side, but I really like the blooms and foilage.

Oh, I hope someone knows what that second plant is! My MIL gave me some years ago from her garden. Mine has a pink bloom. I have never been able to identify it. It is so pretty though. The first picture looks like mimosa.

DD, the first one is not a tree, it grows along the ground. The leaves do resemble the mimosa.

John, Try Looking up Sensitive Plant. Is the flower like a little powder puff? It used to grow along an old road where I lived as a kid. 2nd one, I have no clue.

Yes looks like Sensitive plant to me too.

The second one I have also an have always called it a wild phlox. I'd like to know its name to.

Crown Vetch = Securigera varia = Coronilla varia

The second one I think is called wild phlox.......if it is like I had.....it really goes deep with the root......and spreads by root........I had a hard time getting rid of it after several years.....Birdie in Iowa
