CAN I PLANT OLEANDERS IN MY YARD IF I HAVE THREE DOGS (TWO ARE PUPPIES)

Well, that depends.
I have oleanders in my yard and I have 3 dogs. They don't eat the leaves, which is when it would be a problem. With puppies, they tend to eat everything.
It's a judgment call.

I would not, all parts of that plant are toxic, if you burn dead twigs of oleander the fumes can harm you, if mammals eat any portion of it they can become ill and even die!Try Hibiscus it flowers nice and grows quickly and won't harm your loved ones!
