Found GG last month and have been finding my way around the site since then. Have been able to garner lots of info on everything you could imagine in the garden from generous gardeners sharing their time and talent. Just love searching the site and every time I am able to get on and look around, I find a whole new area to explore! I garden on the coast of Mass and there is lots of ledge here. We have a little loam on clay so I do spend alot of time and energy building up the soil in the early spring and fall. I am so enjoying the opportunity to hear about gardening around the country. This morning I am thinking of members living in some of the areas of the country hit by recent bad weather and holding them in my prayers. |

We are certainly happy to have you here with us. I am a hillbilly, gardening down here in Kentucky, but I have had the pleasure of touring around Maine several times. I always said, that they keep Maine's beauty secret so we wouldn't all move there, then comes winter.Ha ha. You have a great day and happy gardening. Bill Mitchell ![]() ![]() ![]()
